Javelinas Head To Sinton On Saturday

 

Texas A&M-Kingsville head football coach Bo Atterberry, members of his staff and selected Javelina players will be at Rudy’s Barbeque in Sinton Saturday to meet with local football fans.

The reception is free and open to the public and fans can also watch the Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony that will be nationally televised beginning at 6:00 p.m. Former Javelina and Washington Redskin great Darrell Green will be one of the inductees.

Atterberry is in his second season as head coach of the Javelinas and returns several key players including former Sinton quarterback Daniel Ramirez.

Fall camp begins next week for Texas A&M-Kingsville with the season opener on August 28 at North Dakota. The home opener is Saturday, September 13 against Central Oklahoma.

Door prizes will also be given away during the first hour.

Rudy’s is located at 100 North San Patricio.
